24.01.2022 I often hear ' Pilates is for girls', .... Give me 1 hour boys! # Tristan learning the Tendon Stretch on the Wunda Chair. Pilates never as easy as what you think! The exercises that look easy are normally not so easy, the ones that look difficult are often not so difficult (once you know what you are doing).

19.01.2022 Just a reminder that there will be no classes between Mon - Thurs next week (7- 10 Sept). If you are not sure you can go without your Pilates fix for the week there are still a couple of spots available on Sat 12 Sept. If not make sure to do some of your exercises at home!

13.01.2022 As many of you many know, specialised Pilates services provide important function for clients with respect to pain relief, physical function and mental well-being. Whilst in the NT we have been lucky to keep services running for the most part those in the southern states have not been so fortunate. One of the professional Pilates industry bodies (Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) are requesting that the VIC government enable specific such services, within COVID saf...e practices to re-open in October (Step 3) as opposed to waiting until Step 4. 07.01.2022 FYI: Google is currently (and incorrectly) stating the Pilates Way is closed (and that it is in Leanyer). Good news is we are still open for business as normal (and we are still in Malak)! So feel free to get in touch for a bit of Pilating!

07.01.2022 I made it to Litchfield (and back) safe and sound! Gee we live in a beautiful part of the world! I hope those who had to miss out (and I thank you) managed to squeeze in a few pelvic curls in your lounge room! The good news is I've opened up some extra sessions for tomorrow (Friday, 11 Sept) and have a few spots on Saturday for those who need their weekly Pilates fix. I'll list available times if anyone would like a spot before the week rolls over again!...
