24.01.2022 Here's Marc's brand stinking new Stadler Made Outdoor Oven looking fresh and shiny. One of the best parts of the Stadler Ovens is watching the corten steel rust. Starting it's like in a flatpack box of metal, being constructed to a gunmetal grey industrial pizza making machine and then transforming to the full glory of a rustic looking rusty talking point and all-round epic oven. 23.01.2022 Here's Marc's brand stinking new Stadler Made Outdoor Oven looking fresh and shiny. One of the best parts of the Stadler Ovens is watching the corten steel rust. 21.01.2022 Lewis' pizza is making us all hungry, that's a fact. Lewis cooked his epic looking pizza in Ooni's newest oven, the Ooni Koda. We think this is the best-priced gas pizza oven available currently. 500 degrees C at a flick of a switch, Neapolitan pizzas cooked in 60 seconds. Say no more. Thanks Lewis.

14.01.2022 Evening all, what's everyone's favourite pizza toppings? As boring as it sounds we can't get past a super high-quality ingredient Margherita pizza. Not saying it's our favourite but it's up there. Are you one to dismiss a Margherita as an option because it's boring? Do you agree? Or have you ever thought that throwing heaps of ingredients on your pizza may actually be disguising a not so great pizza? Let us know what you think about pizza toppings! Keen to hear!

We think you're right regarding the dial position, use maximum gas for fast warmup time then adjust down a bit to suit your desired temperature, 450 degrees cooks a nice 60 second Napoletana pizza. 08.01.2022 Thanks to John. A for sharing his yummy looking pizza, cooked on the Ooni Koda. He self-declared that he's "Still getting used to managing the temperature- but got some great pizzas out of it (despite having a few catch fire)." Yep, you have to turn the Ooni Koda down once heated up to 450-500 degrees otherwise you'll be on fire for sure! Thanks for sharing.

06.01.2022 Another successful install of the Polito Giotto to a happy customer’s lovely courtyard. This pizza oven can cook 2 x 12/30cm pizzas at a time. At 450 degrees Celcius the pizzas will cook in less than 2 minutes. Yum
