24.01.2022 In conjunction with Hooked on Lakes we are looking forward to another wonderful Twilight Market and Food Truck Festival this Sunday. Wonderful market stalls, seafood cooking demonstrations, kids entertainment, great food trucks (including thin crispy wood-fired pizza) and local beer & wine. What could be better!!

09.01.2022 We love using local fresh produce when we can. Phil's home grown chillies are a key element of our Pepperoni (as is the Hot Italian Sausage Lucke's make to our recipe!). Yesterday I bought some wonderful local carrots (from Lucke's) grown by Riviera Farms in Lindenow. I through them in the oven with a little olive oil and they were just wonderful. I need your help. I am sure there is a great pizza recipe just waiting for them. Send through your suggestions - you could win naming rights and a free pizza!
