15.01.2022 Are you the imposter? Many of us go through our lives working towards achieving some level of success whether it be their career, business or elsewhere and sometimes we achieve it. However, often is the case when we get there we are suddenly filled with doubts and begin to question if we are good enough and whether or not we deserve to be there.... This is known as imposter syndrome and happens to most people particularly in situations where you are helping, advising or interacting with others. I myself have been struggling with imposter syndrome since starting The Plug and it hasn't been easy, however, sharing these issues and putting yourself out there helps overcome this. 02.01.2022 If it were easy, everyone would do it. It's easy to make things worse but it's hard to make things better. But that's why it's that much sweeter when you make things better. Anything that is worth it is hard so you need to continually work hard... Set micro goals to make sure you are making small improvements each day/week/month Readjust when needed because even the smallest of targets can have levels of complexity Do this things with a growth mindset and over time you and the people around you will see the progress.
