03.01.2022 Now stocking Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium oil! Magnesium flakes are excellent for relieving sore aching muscles, joints and stress. May assist with eczema, dermatitis and decrease inflammations. Magnesium flakes vs Epsom Salts?... Epsom salts are great for relieving muscle pain however the effect won't last long as whatever is absorbed is rapidly excreted through the kidneys. Magnesium Flakes is more easily absorbed into the body and the effects are more intensive and longer lasting. Magnesium oil can be used anywhere on the body to relieve pain without bathing in it.
