23.01.2022 Meet another great local business owner (I should say owners) ... Megan & Glen Rogers from Signarama Blacktown Their passion is bringing value to the custome...rs; it can be seen every time they take on a project for their customers and complete it with pride! For them it is about a long-term partnership with a customer not just about doing a quick transaction. The team is looking forward to re-starting a new sense of normal as the restrictions are lifting, and the Signarama Blacktown team is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! In a sentence, Signarama Blacktown transforms how your brand is seen by the market. Megan was excited to tell me about the future plans of the business and how well the team had adjusted to the current working environment. I also found out that Megan loves animals and Glen is an avid golfer, so be sure they will help you get your next hole in one with your brand (but youll have to ask them how when you visit them next time). If you think Megan, Glen and the team are awesome too, then show your support by leaving them a positive comment below, liking and sharing this post We believe successful communities are built by successful local business so let us know about other great Local Business Owners that deserve to have their business featured https://m.me/jacobus.oelofse See more

10.01.2022 Mens Health Week Mens Health Week is from 15-21 June 2020 throughout Australia. The health status of males in most countries, including Australia, is generally poorer than that of females.... More males die at every stages through the life course, more males have accidents, more males take their own lives and more males suffer from lifestyle-related health conditions than females at the same age. Meanwhile, men are less frequent visitors to general practitioners, and the perception is that they dont care about health or that health services are not well-prepared to interact with men effectively. FACTS (not the kind that are read in court) Men make up 56% of the workforce, yet 94% of all fatalities in the workforce are men Men live 4.4 years less than women Top 3 reasons for the reduce lifespan in men are cardiovascular disease, suicide and MVAs. 30% of over health is determined by genetics, whilst 70% is controllable through lifestyle Inactive men are 60% more likely to suffer from depression, than those who are active Men who walk 5 city blocks, or 50 stairs a day lower their risk of heart attack by 25% Please visit- https://www.menshealthweek.org.au/

05.01.2022 Cleaning up after your dog As a dog owner you are required by law to clean up after your dog. We ask dog owners to be responsible pet owners by carrying bags to clean up the poo and dispose of it in the bin. Dog poo is high in phosphorus and nitrogen, which are the same ingredients in fertiliser. When dog poo is not picked up, rain washes it into our waterways and it can cause harmful algal blooms.... Lets put litter in its place, show consideration towards others and keep our waterways and parks safe and clean for all to enjoy
