10.01.2022 Good morning to all our loyal customers. Last night police were called to our pub but not for the reasons being reported. Last night our staff had to ask a person who had previously been banned to leave our pub. This man then caused a terrible seen and our pub was damaged. This was one person, there was no brawl. ... Our pub is going very well atm and we will be keeping it that way. We apologise to everyone doing the right thing last night and sorry that we had to shut the pub early. We have come down on a lot of patrons in the past few weeks and we are doing our best to follow rules but the same as other pubs we can struggle at times but we deal with all issues. We would to thank the Bridgewater police who came quick, to deal with the issue. We are a family pub and such behaviour will not be tolerated and police will be called if needed. Thank you for all your support at such a horrible time for everyone.

02.01.2022 This week coming we say goodbye to our wonderful head chef JM, we are sad to see him leave but wish him all the best for the future and thank him for all the wonderful years of working with us. He will be truly missed. Next week we welcome our new head chef Lisa. Lisa comes for a busy restaurant in town and makes the best curried scallop pie ever, which she has won many awards on in Tasmania. We look forward to her joining our team, we are excited for her meals and look forward to her putting her own touch to our already amazing meals
