25.01.2022 We recently sent our stain treatment kit to our client Kim in Aspley QLD. Before contacting us, Kim had tried various treatments from her local pool shop which made no difference to the staining in her pool. Within 5 days the treatment had completely dissolved the dark staining which had been firmly embedded in her pool liner. She kindly sent us these before and after pictures of her pool showing the result.

25.01.2022 Our client Janelle in Queensland added some contaminated mineral salt to her pool. After doing so, she noticed an ugly brown streak down the centre of her pool that she could not remove. After using our stain kit, the salt stain (and a few others) were completely removed in less than a week. She sent us a very kind email and these pictures as proof.

24.01.2022 Glen from Newcastle had some very nasty copper stains in his Enviroswim pool caused from granular chlorine. His local pool shop assured him that nothing except a $1,300.00 acid wash would remove the staining. He purchased our $275.00 copper stain kit and added it to the pool. He was kind enough to leave us a review and sent these pictures showing the results. Glen not only removed the stains but also saved over $1,000 by not draining and acid washing the pool.

23.01.2022 This 35 year old fibreglass pool in Newcastle NSW had significant metal precipitation occur during a period of poor water maintenance. The PSR compounds and treatments dissolved the metals back into the water and the Culator removed the metals from the pool water permanently. This family were very excited to have their old pool looking almost as good as new.

23.01.2022 Robert from Tapping, Western Australia purchased our calcium removal kit for his fibreglass pool. He had a white stubborn build-up on his pool surface. The treatment we sent him did take several weeks to dissolve the calcium but he now has a smooth blue pool again. He was very happy with the results and was kind enough to send us these before and after pictures of the results.

22.01.2022 Joe in Victoria had very bad metal staining on his old vinyl lined pool which was caused from copper-based algae blocks. Because the staining was so heavy, he was not confident that the surface could be restored. After his wife convinced him to try our kit, he sent us these images to show the difference our treatment had made to his pool. He was thrilled with the results. The total cost was $275.00 and Joe did not have to drain the pool.

22.01.2022 Sue from Bayview, NSW had a very heavy copper stain in her swimming pool. She runs a sophisticated copper and silver ionizer system that dropped out all the copper onto the surface of the pool when the water went out of balance. This type of unsightly staining happens quite frequently with chlorine-free systems. Our treatments removed the staining and Sue is thrilled with the results.

20.01.2022 Our customer Christopher in Cairns cleared his stained pool with our algae stain removal kit. The algae stains had been there for more than 3 years even though the water was perfectly clear over that time. He was thrilled with the results. He sent us these photos to show the difference.

19.01.2022 Andrew's 17-year-old pool was unattended for some time and the surface became infected with substantial staining. Although his pool water was re-balanced, the efforts from his pool company could not remove his staining. Although it is not picture-perfect just yet, Andrew is delighted with the results.

18.01.2022 Removed heavy copper stains from a 2 year old pool in Ballina Yesterday. Our client was very pleased with the results. The staining occurred because he shock chlorinated the pool when there was a high level of soluble copper present in the water.

11.01.2022 Our client in Townsville, Queensland has had dark rust stains for nearly 5 years on his fibreglass pool steps. Because his pool is nearly 30 years old, he was not very confident that our treatment would remove the stains without draining the pool water. He sent us these photos showing the difference our rust stain compound made to these stains in less than 5 hours.

11.01.2022 Paul from Frankston South had a long rust stain in his 7 year old fibreglass pool for quite some time. He did not notice it because some of his equipment had broken down and the pool water was very cloudy. Paul was thrilled when our treatment removed it completely in 14 hours.

11.01.2022 The manager from a Narellan Pools branch was called out to a customers pool to inspect heavy surface staining. While discussing the stain onsite, they applied our treatment compound to the pool. The change in the stain happened within 15 minutes of the treatment being added to the pool. They were so astounded with the fast result that they sent the original stain photo (taken the day before) and after image to show the difference.

10.01.2022 We are proud to announce that we are now the Australian distributors for CuLator Metal Remover. Culator removes suspended metals from swimming pool water without adding nasty chemicals or draining the pool. Our client's pool below had a very high metal reading after following some poor advice from their local pool shop in Northern NSW. Within 48 hours of adding CuLator the water had cleared and the dark suspended metals had been completely and permanently removed from the water.

10.01.2022 Pat in Townsville had a large metal ring fall onto his pool step which left a bad rust stain. The stain was so dark that he thought it would never be removed. After sprinkling our rust removal compound kit over the stain, it completely removed it within 48 hours. He was thrilled with the result and sent us a picture.

09.01.2022 Our Client in Melbourne added a bag of salt from a large hardware store to her pool. After leaving it on the step to dissolve overnight, she noticed the next morning that the entire pool had discoloured. Our salt stain kit removed the salt staining in 3 days. Remember that cheap salt is often high in stain causing minerals. That's why it is cheap.

09.01.2022 Purple cyanurate staining is caused when the cyanuric acid levels (chlorine stabilizer) are too high (over 100ppm). When this happens it then may react with any copper that may be present in the water. Our customer was pleased to see it gone after 3 years.

08.01.2022 Our client Ben had perfect water but huge green staining all over his pool. He had tried algaecides and stain treatments to remove it to no avail. After using out kit he sent these images to us showing the difference our treatments made to his pool.

08.01.2022 Our customer, David, was advised by his pool shop that he had a green algae problem. Based on this recommendation he purchased and applied several algae and stain removal products from the pool shop which had no impact on the stains. After contacting us we determined it was not a green algae problem. We were able to blend a treatment that removed the stain in less than 48 hours. David was very pleased with the results.

07.01.2022 Ashley from the Central Coast was thrilled to see the black spot in her pool finally clear up. Our black spot kit cleared the black spot algae without draining the water or acid washing. She kindly sent us these pictures showing the results.

03.01.2022 Rust stain in swimming pool from rusting reinforcing mesh in the concrete.

03.01.2022 Over the past few months, our client on the Gold Coast noticed that her pool walls were slowly turning brown. After trying multiple treatments to remove it, her local pool shop finally advised her to drain and acid wash the pool at a cost of $850.00 plus water. Besides these costs, draining fibreglass pools is very risky as the surrounding ground pressure can often force the pool shell out of the ground, or buckle the walls, while the pool is empty. After adding our stain kit ($235.00) she sent us these pictures of the result.

02.01.2022 This pool in Sydney had substantial calcium build-up over the waterline tiles throughout the pool. The calcium had been building up slowly for more than 4 years. Following our treatment the calcium was completely removed and the tiles now look as good as new.

02.01.2022 Tim from Perth mistakenly added a full bag of mineral salts to his standard salt water pool. A few hours later, Tim was shocked to see that a very large stain had appeared where the mineral salt had been left to dissolve on the steps. After adding our $235 stain treatment kit, the dark mineral stain was completely removed within 48 hours.

01.01.2022 Our client (Peter) in Sydney had recently paid $8,000 to have his old pool resurfaced with new fibreglass. After a few weeks this strange brown shape (which looks like a shadow) appeared in his pool. The stain was caused from poorly applied top coat which was now attracting metals. These metals have also caused general staining throughout the pool. Peter kindly sent us these images.
