24.01.2022 A brief moment, in all this madness, to take the time and thank, from the very bottom of our hearts, each and every one of our beautiful customers who so kindly offered us shelter while we were waiting to return "home" after Saturday's fire. We didn't expect such an out pour of generosity. We are so grateful. It's been hard juggling running a business and not knowing whether we'd still have a roof over our head. It turns out we are extremely, extremely lucky. For now? We ho...pe with the little rain, there will be some relief to tomorrow's warning. And for those customers who came in last Sunday and this Monday, we are happy to have you come in, feel some sense of normality and just have a chat if you need to. A very heartfelt thank you to the beautiful Renee, Ben and their wonderful team for kindly giving us a plate of delicious hors d'oeuvres as a dinner The southerly wind suddenly came through in 5 minutes flat and we had to rush out of our home, leaving our dinner behind. Thank you so much #Birchrestaurant for making us feel a bit less stressed. Sorry, we wolfed the food down. The photo doesn't do any justice to the beautiful food given to us.
