11.01.2022 Karlou Cleaning Services Rates: Consultation: In Home and Industrial Clean Consults are free of charge. Oven Only Cleaning: ... $70, With this service, only your oven will be cleaned. This service is not included in the price of a home clean but can be done at the same time as a home clean. $140, if oven is excessively dirty, and needs an intense clean. Old Aged Pension Rate: $45/hr. Do you have an elderly family member that needs a hand with their general day to day cleaning? We have got you covered at a discounted rate, Aged pension cards must be provided. Service can include - Vacuum, mop, benches, laundry, windows and other general home care cleaning duties. Home Cleaning Services: $75/hr. Home Cleaning services include walls, vac, mop, benches, windows, window sills, skirting boards, toilets, bathrooms, cob-webbing and dusting etc. This does not include oven cleans. BEDDING is not included in this service, if dirty sheeting is stripped down prior and clean sheeting is provided, KLCS staff will be able to make the bed for you. Laundry is an extra cost that will be charged at $10 per load. Industry Cleaning Services: $90/hr. Industry and on-site cleaning services are available for all contractors and businesses that are out on a job site, in dongas/quarters/offices/other buildings, that need to provide workers with a clean homely/safe environment. Entry and Exit Bond Cleaning Services: $1000 per housing/unit Complete overhaul of your empty rental/newly bought home. Payment is required up front at the time of the booking. Carpet Cleaning is an additional cost, (extra costs apply to homes that are extra messy or extra large in size, a free consultation visit is recommended prior to cleaning for more accurate quote). Contract Carpet Cleaning Bond And Beyond: When needing any carpets cleaned for a bond clean or even just general carpet maintenance, we take the stress out of searching, We now run a professional Carpet Cleaning business with very competitive prices, that are able to cover all your carpet cleaning needs. Standard size bedrooms start at $44 and prices increase from there depending on room size and cleanliness. Inquire within for a quote. Travel for carpet cleaning is 1.4km and charged seperate from the cleaning service. Travel: $35 Travel fee will imply on all jobs where KLCS has to travel over 25kms but under 90kms from their Depo, $70 Travel fee will imply on all jobs over 90kms. As the cost of vehicle maintenance, fuel and tyres fluctuate our travel cost may vary to adapt to this. NOTE: All Pricing is subject to change without notice due to price inflation and safety insurance requirements.
