18.01.2022 Melbournes move to Stage 4 restrictions brings with it another level of hardship for small businesses, given that many now have no choice but to shut down for six weeks. With that in mind, the Victorian Government has announced that additional grants are being made available for employing businesses under the Business Support Fund Expansion. Those within metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire may be eligible for a total of $10,000 while those in regional areas can apply... for a $5,000 grant. Any business that successfully applied when $5,000 was made available under the Expansion program last month will automatically receive an additional $5,000. For those who havent yet applied, applications are open until September 14th.
