19.01.2022 So how did you all go with the meals this week? Y'all know they aren't just panic food yes? ;) :P The little Parmi's sold out almost immediately so we have just popped another batch on. Don't forget these are get-the-fam-fed Schnitzels, ready cooked, just pop in the oven. If you want "hang over your plate - a million amazing toppings - and a side of fries" you need to get your butts to Earl of Leicester Hotel or your local pub... (best schnitty I ever had was recently at The... Lady Daly Hotel actually ) So, we hope you are all enjoying your meals and are having a lovely weekend in this glorious sunny freedom <3 Here's a pic of our Duck Confit & salad dinner last night because I haven't got to try the schnitzels yet and I don't think I have even told you about the duck??? 19.01.2022 Well that was a little cray cray yesterday hey?! The dust has settled here and we did a stocktake so the online shop is correct again O_O As a food manufacturer/little supermarket we can keep on plugging on and remain open. ... Folks can order online and do a safe collection from us or we can deliver :) My question for today is, "Do MOUNT BARKIANS want a delivery run TOMORROW?" I did say the other day we would come up but if there is no need we will go to the southerners that have ordered... I do have plenty in the fridge (pre-frozen) for those who need to portion out: grannies, shift workers, those isolating on their pat malone. WE ARE ASSISTING ONE OF OUR SUPPLIERS AND SELLING THEIR REMAINING STOCK FOR THEM. "PASTA CHEF" HAVE CLOSED TEMPORARILY SO WE HAVE COLLECTED SOME OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL PASTA MEALS. There's some frozen and some fresh in the fridge for those that like to portion out and freeze. We have eaten the Chilli con Carne at home in Nachos, Tacos, in a baked spud and just with rice. Alek is driving from armhole to breakfast today doing safe deliveries - locally first, then SOUTH and then coming back through the hills all the way to MOUNT BARKER. Orders for locals need to be in now please - he'll head off at 11am and then come back and fill up the little van again. ... Orders for deliver South and along the route to MOUNT BARKER will need to be in by noon pretty please A new little treat online now too... Classic Duck Confit! This is one our family & friends have had much of throughout the years but first foray onto our family range because... well... it's a little bit fancy (we normally just want to get your kids fed ;) ) and usually only for our hospo clients. They don't need them right now unfortunately and I think y'all need a little bit of something special this weekend hey?? Maryland pieces, marinated, herbaceous, slowly cooked forever and divine. You can pop them in the oven but we have also had them on the BBQ. Awesome either way. 01.01.2022 Good morning There's a couple of Turkey Rolls left! Great for salads, roasts and sliced sandwich meat. I tossed some in a pan with a bit of the Sweet Glaze and some salad with yummy Chevre from Udder Delights and we chowed down on a sweet, healthy Summer salad Was given 10/10 by the kids! Which is surprising because they are normally very harsh twerp critics... ...
