24.01.2022 Jonathan Moody Physio Inq spoke to Financial Review about his mild addiction of ultra marathons. "As for those business owners out there, juggling this type of thing can be super hard. I usually have 5-10kgs too much weight on at the start line and 2-3 weeks too little preparation. The biggest lesson I have learnt is that just getting to the start line is an achievement in and of itself. . If you always want to get faster times in your races, then you sometimes lose the purpo...se of just competing, worse yet, you might not get to the starting line. Just getting out there and facing your demons is a recipe for a cracking day out. We can all hopefully get back to all of this soon, once COVID is over... its been a tough year for many reasons."
