About the role - You will be involved in various aspects of the business including: - Client briefings - Property sourcing - Property inspections - Negotiating and dealing with selling agents - Nurturing client relationships - Property market appraisals - Contracts and general administration/paperwork - Liaising with mortgage broker, solicitor, property manager and pest and building inspector during the buying process. - Coordinating building and pest inspections - Overseeing the transaction through to settlement - CRM management - Prospecting for new clients You must have: - Customer relations or sales experience (this can be in another industry) - A proven work history of hitting KPIs and achieving success - A interest and passion for property - An understanding of the property buying process - Local area knowledge of the Sunshine Coast &/or Noosa - Excellent people and negotiation skills - Strong written and verbal skills - Passion & drive to deliver exceptional results for clients - Confidence in your own ability - An approachable and outgoing personality - Sharp, savvy and hungry for success Beneficial but not essential - Hold a current QLD Real estate agent license - Experience as a property buyers agent, property valuer or property investor The perks This is your chance to join a friendly team and to be part of an expanding business at an exciting time. - Generous base salary (based on experience) + super + commissions (uncapped) - Our office is based in Coolum Beach across from the beach.
