Either engage a buyer's agent or get clear on the strategy for your buy and brief for your search. #mindestiseverything 2. Search be laser focused on the brief and house hunt using my free buyer's checklist linkin.bio 3. The Exhibition Narrow the search and complete your due diligence on the properties that fit your strategy. Organise your pest and building inspections and complete as much research as you can on the property, the location and the asking price. 4. Negotiation Determine up to date comparable market prices (no more than 3 months old) and execute a negotiation strategy based on all information you have collected. be sure to ask the selling agent loads of questions. 5.Purchase This is where exchange of contract occurs and you will engage a conveyancer to look over your contract of sale. Contracts are signed a deposit may be paid here and we wait about 6 weeks for settlement date. At settlement the title of ownership is changed.
