24.01.2022 We are pleased to announced that The Providore will be re-opening for dine in tomorrow (28th Oct) and we can't wait to serve you guys soon! However, given the authority guidelines and also our effort to fight Covid-19, kindly note the below: Our business hour would be as per below:... Tue - Fri : 7am - 3pm Sat & Sun : 8am - 3pm Off of Monday Our indoor dine in is only limited to 20 pax and for outdoor we can cater to 10 -12 pax. We also encourage you to take away if possible if we almost reach the maximum capacity. Additionally, during this time, we will also implement time limit for each customer during our rush hour e.g breakfast or lunch time. We apologize in advance for this implementation. This implementation is to ensure that we can orderly serve everyone and satisfied all your hungers. We hope you can cooperate with us on this new implementation. Strictly adhere to social distancing when dining in. Delivery still available from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm ONLY. Kindly order before 2pm. To ensure the health & safety of our customers , these are the guidelines to be followed : - FACE MASK USAGE : All patrons are required to wear a fitted face mask in line with Victorian government mandates while on property. - CONTACT REGISTER REQUIREMENT : As per the Victorian Government all guests will be required to provide contact details to assist with contact tracing. - STRICT HYGIENE AND SANITATION PRACTICES : Including enhanced and high-frequency cleaning as well as mandatory hand sanitiser usage for all guests upon entry to venues. - ENTRY SCREENING PROCEDURES : Including temperature testing by way of hand-held temperature devices for all guests upon entry to venues. 18.01.2022 To all our beloved Patrons and Fans of The Providore, The Victoria government has announced that come 1st June, all eateries can allow dine-in with the limit of maximum capacity of 20pax at one time. With this, The Providore will adhere strictly to the dine-in rules and practice a new SOP in order to please the authorities as well as keeping our beloved customers safe. We recommend that for any large number of dine-in parties (above 4 pax), kindly call and made reservation fi...rst in order for us to be able to arrange accordingly. We want to be able to serve everybody without having you all going through the cold winter weather waiting for your table.
