This was a really tough but important decision that had been on its way over the last few weeks. ... We are so sorry for any inconvenience this will cause. I’ll be calling all upcoming appointments in the morning to reschedule for when we are back up and running. 07.01.2022 Our cancellation / no show policy Trust us we get it, life happens! Things get in the way, work calls and needs an extra shift from you, money gets stretched when all the bills roll in at once, sickness appears out of the blue etc etc. All we ask is to be CALLED 24 hours before. As I’m fully booked with my clients 99% of the time, I don’t always get time to check our emails, Facebook and Instagram messages throughout the day. ... All cancellations will ONLY be accepted over the phone, as this ensures that we know in time. We are a small business with only two full time stylists who are often booked out weeks in advance. Potential clients (who are on our waiting list) want/need those appointments that you can’t attend anymore. No hard feelings for cancelling and no charge of course! A cancellation with 24 hours notice = no charge A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice = 40% of service charge A no show = 100% charge of your appointment (next appointment won’t be booked until this fee has been paid) We don’t want to have to do this, but unfortunately that’s business. We have wages, rent and bills to pay just like everyone else and we can’t do that with no clients in the chair. Thank you for understanding

02.01.2022 Important announcement We would appreciate all clients with cold/flu like symptoms or who have travelled overseas in the last 14 days to give us a call or email to reschedule your appointment. (No cancellation fees will apply over this period) We all want to be healthy and available for work, the flow on affect in such a tight work place + dealing with so many clients a day would be huge! If someone comes in unwell, then one of us gets sick it can take us all out, we w...ould have to close the whole salon for 14 days + trying to move all our clients out for that time would be a nightmare for us and mostly YOU. Let’s all be mindful and considerate of one another at this crazy time and keep the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak at bay! We always provide a clean environment for you, but will be working extra hard to keep on top of this! Hand sanitiser will be provided on our front counter for all (unless we run out ). Thank you xx
