24.01.2022 So for the last couple of weeks, the circulation in my legs has gotten so bad! Whenever I sit down, even for a short period of time, when I go to get up, I can barely walk and I’m in so much pain. So after some helpful advice and researching from some of my dTERRA family, I decided to make a blend of Peppermint, Copaiba, Frankincense and AromaTouch. In a glass pump bottle, I mixed these four oils with my personal favourite carrier oil to use for my skin; grapeseed o...il. Now like a moisturiser, I applied the this amazing blend to my legs, whilst massaging in an upward motion up my legs. I have been doing this for only TWO days, and seriously the difference is amazing! I can actually get up like a normal 30 year old again, and not like a 80 year old even after being on my feet all day!
