17.01.2022 Here at The Therapy Hut I’m always looking to add to my skill set and this weekend I’m going on a Muscular-skeletal examination and assessment course .......going forward this is really going to enhance the way I view and treat muscle and joint injuries!! Also now stocking............... SPORTS THERAPISTS CBD RELIEF CREAM Great for applying to sore joints up to 2- 3 times per day!

16.01.2022 Tonight in The Therapy Hut I had a clinet with an injured quad - rectus femoris......instead of massage as it was to painful we used a technique called fanning with the kinesiology tape - fanning is great way of using tape to facilitate the bodys natural lymphatic drainage system - thus helping to reduce inflammation and bruising - a couple of bits of tape to anchor the fan in place so as not to catch on clothing!

16.01.2022 GREAT DAY IN THE THERAPY HUT........ One client with back pain received KCR and then some tape to support and protect her lower back to allow the body to manage pain and rehabilitate!

10.01.2022 NEWS FLASH The Therapy Hut now offers MKT taping......did you know that you don’t have to be injured to get taped? taping can add extra support to muscle groups to facilitate activity!!!!... or inhibit muscle range of movement to let the body manage pain and rehabilitate!
