06.01.2022 Hi, my name is Kim Gleeson and I am excited to announce that I have commenced Private Practice. After 27 years of working as a Therapist alongside children, adolescents, families, and group participants it is not uncommon to have conversations with people who talk about their lives feeling threadbare. I have never lost sight of the privilege it is to hear these stories and how much courage it takes for people to share their deepest pain. I have been honoured to hear stories a...round what works best and what does not work well for people when accessing counselling, Parenting Programs and Attachment Building Support services during these times and I am fortunate to bring these sharing’s into Private Practice. I am passionate towards providing parenting attachment programs which enhance relationships. I recognise how 'parenting business can be tough', and how it is tougher when parents and caregivers of children feel all alone and have no one to provide them with the knowledge and support they need. I have been fortunate to have had extensive training over the years towards providing individual and group Programs for People caring for and raising babies, children, and adolescents. I offer a flexible approach towards service delivery to accommodate peoples needs who often cannot make it to programs or counselling during normal work hours. The space I have provided for therapy sessions is caring, warm and friendly and most importantly non-clinical.
