12.01.2022 It's the skiing season, and unfortunately this is the time when we see some "skier's thumb" injuries. While it is hard to avoid falling when skiing, it may help to minimise the risk of spraining your thumb if you do the following: Choose ski poles that have finger groove grips but also don’t have any sort of restraint such as a wrist strap.
