We want our name to reflect this. We work with clients of all ages and abilities and support them to achieve their goals and maximise their independence related to home, work and community life. Current services include: Home modifications, equipment & assistive technology assessment and prescription, N...DIS plan reporting,specialist disability accommodation (SDA), skill building/therapy, pediatrics, aged-care services and mobility & falls prevention assessments. We are a mobile service working with clients in their usual environment in the south, south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, peninsular and surrounding areas. We are NDIS registered and work with other funding bodies including the home care package, veterans affairs, medicare mental health plan & chronic disease management plans. 15.01.2022 Therapy 4 Life offer services of Allied Health Assistants as well as Occupational Therapists - we currently have 8 AHA's with a range of skills and experiences. Dayle Uberti, occupational therapist and founder of Therapy 4 Life is also a member of the Advisory Panel for Allied Health Assistants for the Cert IV Holmesglen.
