06.01.2022 Post traumatic growth. Learning and growing from extremely challenging situations. The Feed (SBS) did a segment on this a month or so ago and it is worth a watch. 01.01.2022 There are so many important and practical things we are not taught at school. Ideally my parents should have been the ones to teach me... but they hadn’t been taught this either. . . I know I’ve done the best I can to highlight these important topics with my kids but I’m nowhere near perfect and have a lot to learn too.
