24.01.2022 Well it’s took a while but Emily finally has her confidence back after having 2 falls late last year it shook Emily’s confidence and she hasn’t wanted to ride then with dutchess being diagnosed with navicular disease and being quite lame it’s Took her joint formula and a great farrier to get her back up and running she will never be able to be ridden for long or canterd around but light riding in straight lines is totally fine great job Josh Robinson CF with helping dutchess so much and maintaining her hooves so she can be enjoyed and ridden by Emily x #proffessionalfarrierservice #dutchess #4cyte #naviculardisease

23.01.2022 I love how still he stands for her this lady living with dementia can’t communicate with words anymore the first day I visited this resident she was so scared she screamed and cried and yelled at me and wanted to go to her room 6 months later with weekly visits she is now the first resident out with big smiles and saying thankyou all the time bushman gets to know each resident he visits , especially the ones he visits on a weekly basis . He knows now to stand still with this lady , no pushing for a response or reaction just being there with her and connecting with her in his own way x this is 15 seconds of 10 mins he spent with her as she calmed down and had her one on one time with him

21.01.2022 So this Christmas we are going all grinch and I’m makeing a whoville inspired tree I love the grinch movie and I love the decorations on a whoville tree . Hopefully mine turns out as good as the one in the 4th pic I wonder if bushman would let me dress him Up as the grinch I can’t believe it’s Christmas already . 2020 is nearly over so I decided why not end the year completely surrounded by the grinch

19.01.2022 Look how bloody cute these are I’ve been gifted these from a lovely lady in my area a cute little coffee set of 6 cup and saucers a tea pot , sugar jar and milk jug the little tea cups are going to be used for cream and jam for the fresh scones I will be making and for some sugar cubes and she decorated these jars which are going to be used as vases for fresh flowers for the table I also got my new teapot to serve fresh brewed tea in for the residents it’s all slowly coming together. #farmvisitprogram #dementiatherapy #hightea #rusticdecor #reminiscing #horsetherapy

06.01.2022 Hi guys , something exciting happened today I got our first booking for my farm visit program today I’m so excited and can’t wait to have residents come to our place and have a a great therapy session here at our farm whilst enjoying lots of yummy food in a high tea country setting I’m thinking about calling my farm visit program horses and high tea but I’m still not sure

05.01.2022 Well we are home and we are buggerd a great camping trip away with no injures and no problems apart from snakes , sneaky lizards , hooting owls and randy possums it was awesome to get away x our house/pet sitters did an awesome job looking after the house , horses , Lenny and the cats and I came home to a spotless house , well fed animals and my plants all still alive

02.01.2022 I didn’t even see this photo from the other week at our session I often have moments captured like this at our sessions when bushman and I are just haveing a moment and I’m making sure he’s totally happy and content I wasn’t sure how he was going to go with me having to wear a mask so I was making sure to always check his body language and talking to him more than I usually do as usual he was totally fine and I was worrying about nothing lol
