25.01.2022 Doesnt get much cuter than this! These delightful little twin boys recently completed their first ever Physiotherapy Intensive at Rothwell Physiotherapy! Willi...am can now crawl independently and previous to this Intensive he needed a lot of assistance to even maintain a 4-point position! Ben is also not far from achieving his goal of crawling as well!!!!!! Ben has learnt how to overcome some of his primitive reflexes and is maintaining 4-point position independently now! 04.01.2022 Feeling excited !!

03.01.2022 For those who have joined us recently. This is James. He was born with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Last year we raised funds to send him to the US to h...ave SDR surgery. Since we returned home in January he has been working very hard with his Physio and is achieving things that werent possible before. The Physio component of this procedure is just as important as the surgery itself. James does intensive Physio blocks which means 3 weeks at a time 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. It is a lot for a little boy but the things he achieves in this time and the muscles he build stay with him long after the block is complete. We whole heartedly believe in this type of intensive intervention and our goal this year is to support more children with CP who want to try intensive therapy. Theratogs are great for providing sensor...y input/proprioceptive and tactile feedback to the body. With theratogs, Zoe is able to feel her body better and consequently movement skills and strengthening exercises are more optimal. Theratogs are one way of providing this sensory feedback.
