Sweet almond base, vanilla layer, topped with a layer of intense mocha. Decorated with roasted and salted candied nuts. Yum! It was a pleasure to make the wedding cake for her and my brother in law on their special day.... 2 layers, 4 flavours. Peanut butter / chocolate / lemon poppy seed / blueberry lemon. With our stock supplier temporarily closing due to a huge influx of orders and being unable to keep up, a few of our stockist sadly closing their doors this week, and the current schooling situation due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the decision is out of our hands. I am going to embrace some home time with the family. Lots of cooking, cleaning and gardening to be done until this all blows over!... Here is a picture of my sons 4th birthday cake that we enjoyed last Sunday. He asked for an aeroplane in the sky It was a baked chocolate cake. Gluten, egg, nut and dairy free, vegan.
