08.01.2022 So, we have all been locked up inside since Tuesday as dad @jakob_weightlifter has had some serious tummy bug and Jax and I have been off and on with it. Yesterday dad was finally feeling a touch better, after a trip to the hospital in the morning , so we decided to get outside and play in the grass and in the sunshine . Of coarse we spent some time playing with the puppies and making sure Jax new what gentle was, but it was so great to just not be in bed!!! It's crazy whe...n you have a family how different getting sick can be. You used to just call in sick and watch some movies, somehow when you or your partner is sick, you need to care for them and juggle the child. Until the child power spews on you and then your partner vomits in the sink after handing him to you in the shower It's been a long week and I'm glad everyone is starting to feel better . See more

07.01.2022 Recently, my little man was a tiny bit sick. And I say a tiny bit sick in reflection of what a beautiful family is currently suffering through. @sophiecashen_ and her little Hero Miller has PKan, A degenerative condition that has a cure. Yep it has a cure, but it's out of reach, they need to raise 2 million dollars to complete full tests, with one of those subjects to be Miller. Miller is in a rough patch at the moment, and Sophie has to sit by and watch her son progressively... get worse and suffer because there isn't enough funds to bring the cure to reality. I am honestly blessed to have my son in a healthy state and I'm even more blessed to know Sophie and Miller and watch their journey.
