21.01.2022 TIP 9 Pay attention to your front garden and where people enter your property. A garden plays an important role in bringing energy into a home. It's often also what's seen from the street, creating a first impression of your home. Ideally your garden style should be complimentary to the other homes in your street - natural and unpretentious.... Your front garden is the red bird of your home - it symbolises opportunity that come into your life. The more attractive the front of your home, the greater the opportunities that can come into your life. Your front garden should be well maintained, with a meandering path to the front door. It should be clear where you enter the home but you also want the energy to flow calmly, not rush in and out. It should not be overgrown with plants or filled with rubbish or dead leaves. A beautiful garden really does create a welcoming impression.

20.01.2022 TIP 11 Your couch should ideally be placed against a solid wall. This helps the occupants to feel supported.... Often this is not always possible, especially in small apartments such as the one pictured. To help provide this support, place a piece of furniture, such as a console table behind the couch to provide support. It really is about ensuring someone has your back! You can also cover your windows with heavy curtains to provide that solid backing for at night when you use your couch the most. Pic via instagram @annapearlflanders

16.01.2022 Feng Shui tells us that doors that are difficult to open can relate to an area of life where you are feeling personally stuck. Also, squeaky doors are connected to creaking, achy joints that range from a click in the jaw to arthritic pain. So that door that creaks and/or squeaks every time you open it, get up now and put some vegetable oil on it. ... This applies to windows and cupboard doors as well. See more

03.01.2022 I was recently asked to contribute some blogs on Feng Shui to @bloomapp. My first article is all about Creating a Calm Space - For Relaxing & Being Mindful. There's a few more in the pipeline, so watch this space. I have totally loved being given this opportunity to share my knowledge & passion for Feng Shui to help others in their everyday life.

01.01.2022 TIP 10 Making a room both functional and aesthetically pleasing so that you spend more time in it is the best Feng Shui enhancement you can make. The more you enjoy a space, the more it will be energised with positive energy.

01.01.2022 TIP 8 Rearrange your room. If you have a room that has never felt quite right, or the furniture seems to block the flow of energy, try rearranging the furniture.... In a living room the ideal arrangement is for the classic armchair embrace. Furniture should be arranged so that people can chat together easily - making the room feel like a warm hug. In cooler months adding layers and textures to the decorating will also help. When furniture is arranged correctly, energy will flow without blockage, and the space will feel settled. How does your room make you feel?
