We're looking to employ a motivated, experienced individual who is keen to join a team of professionals and become an integral part of a fast moving, progressive company.... With the guidance of the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily on-premise operations of this hotel. If you have experience in gaming operations along with demonstrated industry experience you are encouraged to apply. This role will entail maintaining the high standard of customer service that the hotel is known for; cash handling, till and EFTPOS operation; TAB and Keno operation; hotel compliance; stock control and maintaining smooth operation of the hotel in the Manager's absence. You must have experience in F&B, Gaming, Keno, TAB, Retail and Functions, have a current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to obtain). If you are well presented, punctual, reliable, professional, eager to learn and looking to grasp an opportunity that rarely comes around then this may just be the position for you! Cant go wrong with $10 wings on Tuesday and Wednesday and you must try the double choc brownie! We took our family here last night for our 14 year olds birthday dinner.
