25.01.2022 It's getting to THAT time of the year again. I've had some friends ask if I can still make them Christmas cakes, puddings, mince pies and short bread. If you are interested please message me either here or on my mobile.

24.01.2022 Busy in the kitchen. I've got Slow Cooked Pork cooking for Pork & Coleslaw Rolls for lunch, as well as Quiches & Cheese & Spinach Pie. There's lots of Salted Caramel Slice (GF & SF), Sweet Potato Brownie (egg-free, grain-free & sugar free). I've also made these Apricot Yoghurt Cakes. Get in early to avoid disappointment. Once it's gone, that's it!!!

23.01.2022 Spring is here and the winds of change are blowing. It's with much sadness that I announce the closure of The Red Cat Food Store. I will open for the last time on Saturday 13th September from 8am until 1pm. I look forward to see you then.

20.01.2022 I've just put the finishing touches on my first ever Gingerbread House! I'm pretty happy with the result. "Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night".

14.01.2022 I've just bagged up a fresh batch of my Coconutty Toasted Muesli. It's grain free, sugar free and deliciously crunchy. Made with coconut flakes, pepitas, macadamia nuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, quinoa puffs, chia seeds, coconut oil, rice malt syrup, vanilla and cinnamon.

The keys have been handed back to the real estate agent. It's all come to the end. It's time for me to relax and enjoy sometime with my family. I'll be back some day. 01.01.2022 Hi folks, it's a beautiful day again today. Unfortunately I'm not able to open again due to on going illness (my kids & my own). I'm here today trying to catch up on making sausage rolls & things so I have some food to sell when I do open tomorrow. Oh the joys of being a single working mum running a business single handed!
