24.01.2022 So many have asked... so here is our first Gluten Free fresh Pasta! We have sourced a great recipe from our GF Pizza base wizard (flour supplier); rich wholesome chick pea flour, a little rice and GF wheat flour... fresh free range eggs and BINGO! This pasta looks and tastes great! so when your passing, call in and buy direct from the Pizzeria, either fresh or frozen depending on demand. A great big thank you to our fantastic customers who have been so supportive and encouraging over the past weeks... and months... every week that we can open, we are so very grateful for your support.
