11.01.2022 Foam Roller Friday! Hello everyone! Having some issues/pain with your Achilles? ... We have created a video with some techniques using the foam roller and a trigger point ball to help with your pain, to help you get through until you are able to see your Physio. As the only way to help solve this issues is to get a proper rehab plan in action. This video includes: 10 x rolls on the calf with foot rotated outwards 10 x rolls on the calf with foot rotated straight up 10 x rolls on the calf with foot rotated inwards 20 x rolls of the trigger point ball under your foo Enjoy and hopefully this helps a few of you out!
