20.01.2022 Important, please read#postponedontcancel . Hey everyone, I’m bringing you an update on how TMBC will be proceeding through these challenging times. The more I read and hear about what is going on and the effect that it may have on small businesses like mine, I am seriously concerned for the future of our economy and health care system, if this escalates to the extent that Italy and Spain are experiencing. Firstly, I would like to reassure everyone that we will continue to... uphold our highest level of customer care, food safety and hygiene. This will be our first priority as usual. I have made the decision to limit face to face contact as much as possible to avoid the risk of contracting the virus. My aim in doing this is to be able to still fulfil all upcoming orders. This will mean that sit-down consults will be either cancelled or postponed to a later date. You may still pick up sample boxes and if you want to discuss your upcoming order, I am happy to do Facetime or Skype calls. We do ask that if you show symptoms of being unwell, please arrange someone else to pick up your order or sample box to reduce the risks. Now, with your upcoming events, if you have already paid a deposit and are wanting to postpone, we will work with you to accommodate a new date or apply your deposit as a credit to another future order. I understand this is an uncertain time for all of us. Please if you can, don’t cancel but postpone your event. Small businesses like us, especially in the events industry, are going to take a huge hit with the banning of events. We will do our best to help everyone through this time, not just our customers but our fellow vendors as well. This is a time to come together and support, not turn against each other.
