22.01.2022 A Reflection: In my reality, I have noticed beautiful people sharing their opinions of what is possible from a limited mindset! From a place of what they think is possible based on learning intellectually, from peers, family and personal experience.... Accepting thoughts and beliefs as truth can only lead to a limited version of human experience and keep one stuck in their current reality. When the mind is open to possibility and potential that's when the alchemy begins and the world as you know it opens doors to your most fulfilling life... The next step is to say Yes to that which lights you up! When something comes into your reality that stands out like this - it is also a reflection of what's within you. Like this did with me.... And so I own that my mind has been more closed than usual over the past few years - choosing to live in a reality that has allowed me to dive deep into my shadow side, and at the same time, I've been hiding out there... And whilst hiding, I settled for this reality and hung there for a little too long... Like a caterpillar I stayed silent, in my cocoon feeling the responsibility of what I was to share and how I was to serve next.... Until I began to see that the world is passing by and I am in a cocoon - enriched within the inner world but not really being active and expansive in the outerworld. My connection and depth within with my infinite self is strong from my time in the cocoon and now I feel it's time to spread my butterfly wings and fly!!! I am back to openly express what my soul calls forward to share and be a guide for those who resonate and wish to dive deep into experiencing the next level reality now! After all, the only thing that is permanent is Change!!! #newreality #selfawareness #reflect #alchemy

It is the language of the soul that is all-knowing and communicative with all that is, source, the universe or whatever word that resonates...... Imagine what a difference that could make in your life.... Being in continual awareness of the best choices and actions... For me, its the ultimate in time freedom - just one example...

15.01.2022 Walking along the beach this morning, I noticed the beautiful spread of pebbles and shells on the beach... And they inspired me to reflect on creation... How everything in creation comes from the same source - LOVE!... And physical form, like the shells, are created and formed through the unique environment that they are birthed into... And what gives rise to the illusion that there is either love or fear, is the nature of polarity that exists on earth. We live in a world with polarity, a vast range of dimensional experiences that give rise to expanding one's soul... Varying degrees of the illusion of separation that occurs in the manifestation of form! Fear and Love are one in the same, if we choose to see all as varying degrees of Love.... When this perception is brought to our daily life, we begin to see the gift in all of our experiences and the illusion of separation dissolves, embodying the truth of one's souls essence...
