15.01.2022 Volunteer of the Week award goes to Floyd, who spent all today and yesterday researching the best cocktail to craft with our new gins from Distillery Botanica After realising that the ingredients he needed weren't available on the Central Coast, he hopped straight on a train to Sydney to track them down! We didn't know until he sent this photo. Legend! Floyd will be behind the bar mixing up lavender gin craft cocktails this Friday, and for many weekends to come!

14.01.2022 With over 50 years experience in the music industry, ARIA award winning Nicky Bomba is putting on a special drummer and percussion workshop this Thurs 18th Feb, 7pm. Nicky has played with numerous world class musicians and has drummed on numerous top 10 hits. Bring your notebooks and have those ears wide open and ready - this will be a very helpful workshop for drummers and percussionists of all levels. Bookings are essential!
