When our kids were young, I would spend hours in the kitche...n playing around with recipes and developing our own. This included both savoury and sweets and our delicious ribs were one of those. They soon became the requested meal when we'd have guests around and lots of those friends kept suggesting that we need to get these ribs out for the world to taste! After several years of cake decorating, and building our other business, we finally decided it was time to give it a go and The Rib Crib was born." - , Melbourne based 'The Rib Crib' are renowned for their sweet, sticky and mouth watering ribs and will be bringing their tasty creations to our festival this spring!
