23.01.2022 There’s no doubt that I’m a nostalgic baker. The apple cinnamon tea cake from Cookidoo is delicious. I have memories of cinnamon tea cakes as a kid... with my Dad. I think we bought them from the supermarket bakery. Heavily sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and a little bit dense in texture. Great with a cup of tea.

07.01.2022 Chunky bolognese tonight. Sauce in the bowl, mince in the basket. Once the bolognese is cooked I’ll transfer it to a thermoserver and cook my spaghetti perfectly in my TM6.
