24.01.2022 Vegetarian Lasagne hot from the oven. This should feed my daughter for a few days. There are loads of vegetarian recipes on Cookidoo and even several Lasagne recipes - she likes them all. Love how the Thermomix can cater to dietry needs and make eating fun again!

23.01.2022 Did you know you can wash those delicious baby potatoes in your Thermomix. Just pop in some water and gently stir on reverse till clean

22.01.2022 Thermie made Lemon curd I had lots of egg yolks left over from my icecream so decided to make this little treat too. So easy in the Thermomix. Hollandaise sauce is another good recipe to use up egg yolks as well

16.01.2022 Just whipping up a batch of fresh chicken stock paste. So easy to make in your Thermie and it lasts for ages in the fridge. (recipe on cookidoo or your basic cookbook)

13.01.2022 Mmm what do we think of my daughter experimental cake Left her to have some fun in the kitchen yesterday - the funny colour is from food colouring and the funny texture is from all the decorating balls, icing shapes and hundreds and thousands and other things she added to to the cake mix to make it look pretty and she thought it would be like a treasure chest when you cut and ate the cake you’d come across a pretty coloured ball, or butterfly or surprise. Bless her - she had fun

11.01.2022 Thermie Tip - To make your Thermomix slide around the bench. Simply put a placement or flat cutting board underneath and this will protect your scales. (you can even cut one to size) Shouldn't cost more than a couple of dollars
