20.01.2022 If youre playing along here is what we had for dinner...Tempeh bolognaise! Gosh, I love this meal. I used chickpea tempeh so if you are allergic to soy this is a great substitute. Mixed into some veggie #gf pasta shells and #gf hemp rigatoni with a sprinkle of Nooch on top for that added B12 #winterwarmers

I know many of you are here because youre on a new journey and need to find ways to still eat yummy food whilst cutting out on the foods that you used to love. I know from personal experience how hard this can be initially. When I was told I was coeliac the thought of no bread, pasta etc etc just made me want to crawl into bed and cry! I just want to say though, stick with it! any ...questions pm me, together we have got this and you will feel so amazing that your old foods will never play on your mind again!! 11.01.2022 Dreaming of warm days in the Spanish sun so whipped up this Paella. Finished off in the pan to give it the nice crispy finish I love so much! BTW those prawns arent the real deal, they are yummy vegan prawns which give this a Paella look

02.01.2022 OMG! First Zoom went well...not! So I nervously jumped into a live and that went fab...not! Tech issues threw me off so I went downstairs to discover the cat, the bloody CAT! had played around with the wire!! Well between the garden and my bulk buying skills we were covered today...brown rice salad with lemon sauce... everyone was a fan (well apart from the little fella who wont touch it because he MUST have tofu added!)
