06.01.2022 This dish was a winner! The sauce is completely loaded with veg, made from spinach, basil and zucchini! Your kidlets wouldn’t even realise they were eating vegetables! I added in sun dried tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes and next time I’d bulk it up even more with pumpkin or sweet potato, mushroom and feta. But you could add anything in.
