10.01.2022 I had a few plums that were looking a bit sad in my bowl so I whipped up a quick plum sorbet, filled 24 icy pole holders and now I’ll have icy treats for the kids in the coming days (and I know how much sugar is in them!) And what did I do with the tiny bit left over in the thermoserver? Made an icy treat for myself - game changer!!
03.01.2022 Running low on strawberry jam and keen to make some yourself? TIP OF THE DAY: Place the simmering basket on upside down. It stops the jam from splattering whilst still allowing the jam to reduce - it wil also stop your JAM FROM OVERFLOW!! Winner!
