24.01.2022 I prepped the batter last night before bed, so we could have a fun breakfast together I made them into pikelets The cupcake pen from the mix shop makes pouring so easy too. Best $12 I have spent! Plus so easy to clean, the bottom unscrews to get it clean. 11.01.2022 I haven’t boiled my eggs in my thermo yet but today was a good day to start, 11mins and it was perfect, the bigger eggs were so runny I had an explosion when I cracked into it, and the smaller ones were still soft. Steamed in the basket and no flame or pots to worry about burning the twins, plus hands free cooking! It chimes when it’s done

09.01.2022 So yesterday I made steak butter from scratch.. I had 300ml of buttermilk leftover so I normally make scones the next day. Today even though it’s a scorcher I made scones! I ran into some trouble! I had 3 kilos of plain flour but only 200gr of SR Flour, how did that happen?! But I have a Thermomix, plain flour, baking powder and salt, so I made SR flour!!! No trip to the shops or spending extra $.. ... once again Thermomix saves me, time, money and sanity They are a bit rustic, as I had to throw them together, the twins woke up from their nap early They are so light and fluffy, I disliked scones before I made my own. I honestly don’t know how I survived without one before I got mine.

06.01.2022 Not a great photo but it’s been one of those days! This dish is one of our favourites! So tasty, you can’t go wrong.. I normally fry up the chorizo before I put it in to give it a bit of a crispy taste. I didn’t add spinach today because i forgot to get some.. I only add 70-100gr water not 200 and 3/4 boil my pasta on the stove, because when I have made it (I could cook a whole packet of pasta with this recipe) the pasta shredded so I leave it in my thermo server for a few ...mins to soak up the juice before I serve it. https://food2nourish.com.au//chicken-chorizo-creamy-tomat/
05.01.2022 I don’t know about your household, but with the change from cool to hot weather, sleeping with a fan on, we have felt a bit blah. Not sick just flat. So I thought I would give all of us a bit of extra help. The twins have their molars coming through so were a bit off, I know this will help boost our immunity. 03.01.2022 This is a great deal! I save this each week alone on just making yoghurt!!! That’s the same price as 3 cups of coffees I used to buy in one day. It’s less than my mobile phone contract.. this machine is that important in my family now, along with the washing machine, the fridge, vacuum cleaner, oven and stove the list goes on. My tm5 is still 100% fine and I got it in 2016. Some appliances don’t last that long! It’s worth the investment every single day.... If you think you won’t use it, that’s what I am here for, support and education so you do. Plus the beautiful communities that help each other when you own a Thermomix.
