13.01.2022 Mmmmmmmmm I am in food heaven right now! I haven't had a Hot Cross Bun in over 3 years, because even the Gluten Free ones in the shops are full of preservatives. These are made with spelt flour, so they are gluten free, but also lactose free and vegan friendly. Happy Easter ... #homemade #tooeasy

02.01.2022 Miss J asked for pizza scrolls, so we made these today. We freeze them in sandwich bags and they are perfect for her kindy lunchbox A really good tip is to 'slice' your scrolls with string or dental floss, this gives a perfect cut!
