25.01.2022 Garlic Pull-apart from ‘Everyday Thermo Cooking’ @alycealexandracookbooks Way better than shop-bought garlic bread and so delicious I actually used almond milk in this recipe and it turned out so fluffy and yum! The house smells amazing & this would impress anyone walking in for a dinner party (can’t really remember what that is because we’ve been in lockdown for 84 years ) Anyway, our Sous-vide pork is almost done in the Thermy & we’re so excited to see how it’s turned out this will go great with it too

We’ll be back on tomorrow evening to make Sam Wood’s sticky chicken ... Now time to enjoy this with a glass of red and watch some Netflix

Then feel free to check out this recipe link in our bio Christmas is only one month away! We want to give you all plenty of ideas for the special day & in our humble opinion, this one’s a winner This is perfect by itself or served with a Christmas pudding, the brandy and fig flavours go perfectly together & Cale commented af...ter his first spoonful that it tastes like Christmas My mum always did a similar recipe for Christmas and served with brandy snaps is so good! The consistency is so creamy & like gelato, how impressive will this be when you serve it up to your family and friends It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We have plenty more recipes and inspo to come Thermomix in Australia

15.01.2022 NEW FREE RECIPE Healthy Blueberry Muffin Bars feat. @alycealexandracookbooks new grey bar moulds A few people have asked where they can find our recipe creations so just in case you want to see what else we’ve done, head over to our profile and click on Linktree and have a browse. The links will take you to Recipe Community where we upload the recipes for you all, including this one ... These can definitely be made in a normal muffin tray, but these silicone bar moulds are the best & something different to your standard looking muffins You can also use frozen blueberries as they are, or you can coat them in flour which will help suspend them in the batter and not sink to the bottom In terms of muffins, these are pretty healthy there’s no butter, only 20g coconut sugar & we used wholemeal flour. The blueberries add a burst of flavour & keep them moist (sorry to anyone that hates the word moist) Blueberries are super cheap at the moment so we hope you can try our recipe & let us know if you enjoy the muffins

14.01.2022 Introducing our newest recipe: CHRISTMAS ALMOND BREAD We told you we had you covered for Christmas recipes who’s going to be the first one to make these? This could be my favourite recipe I’ve created so far! This has been passed down from my Nonna & my mum sent me a photo of the hand written almond bread recipe. It reminds me of Christmas and heading home to Perth where the house would smell like roasted almonds I added the glace cherries which really add that ...extra special Christmas touch & looks like stained glass windows when you hold them up to the light. We’ve uploaded this recipe to Recipe Community Thermomix in Australia & you can find the link to it in our bio (just go to our profile and click on Linktree & you’ll be able to select this recipe) We hope you love it as much as we do It’s super easy! You need 5 ingredients & you’re set. They’re perfect for gift bags and you’ll get 28 slices which is amazing. The outer layer is so crispy & the middle layer of almonds & cherries will have you going back for more speaking of, I think it’s time for another bite

13.01.2022 Tahini Thought we’d stick to the basics for this one. There are so many health benefits and it’s such a yummy creamy texture, what’s not to love? Price wise, you do save some $ doing it yourself also this recipe from Cookidoo @thermomixaus makes a total of 250 grams for $2.80 worth of ingredients which works out to be $1.12/100G (based on Woolworths full priced items) compared to a 375g jar of Tahini for $5.00 ($1.33/100G).... This just means you’re saving 21c per 100G making it yourself, and bragging rights it might not sound like a lot, but when you add up all the other basics we make in the Thermomix, that’s a lot of extra money you’re saving in a year Photographers note: hi everyone, Matt here. Do you have random objects laying around the house? A jar of Tahini isn’t the most photographic item nor is it that pretty. So I decided to use this tissue box as the background and create some depth & coloured texture. I’ve always been interested in photography so I’m always more than happy to answer any questions about our food pics

12.01.2022 Sticky Chicken with broccolini, spinach & rice from @28bysamwood on Cookidoo @thermomixaus This collection was really impressive and all the meals were super easy & delicious! This one was no exception We also made the Blueberry Rosemary Smash (& added some vodka) from the ‘Craft Mocktails’ collection - American cookidoo, but finished them while we were cooking so forgot to take a photo of them but they were so fresh & yum!... We’re rewatching the Hunger Games movies now and up to Catching Fire so our Saturday night is sorted hope you all have a great weekend!

11.01.2022 And for dessert... Maple Caramel and Vanilla Custard with Pecan Crumb from @cooking_with_tenina As Tenina says; this is a dressed-up version of your classic Thermomix custard and you will certainly impress with no stress when you whip this up! Super easy & super delicious, you can have this cold or hot. The pecan crumb really makes this dessert, I mean it’s cooked in maple syrup so you can’t go wrong would definitely recommend this dessert and if you haven’t made custard in the TM yet, you’re definitely missing out

11.01.2022 We’d be muffin without you Alyce Alexandra Cookbooks These are the Thermie Choc-Banana Muffins and you can find the free recipe on AAC’s website or if you need the link just DM us and we’ll send it to you Feeling a bit hungry on your hump day? Honestly, these could be the best muffins we’ve ever made or eaten first, is there a better combo than banana and chocolate? Second, muffins! Third, they are so moist and literally melt in your mouth. There is also a dair...y & vegan option, but we stuck with full cream milk, butter & dark choc chips. The outcome was perfect and we ate 5 between us pretty much within the first 30 minutes We used the AAC Dariole Moulds as the recipe suggests & we find the shape fit better in lunch boxes or containers and they just look a bit fancier IMO they make 12 but trust me, they won’t last long. We would definitely make these again & can’t wait to try the new slow-cooker recipe book coming out soon from the girls

10.01.2022 Currently snacking on these beautiful Date Scones by @thermobexta such an easy, quick and delicious treat! We only had 50 grams of dates and used dried figs as well which turned out lovely usually we could have whipped cream with them but today we went for butter and our homemade blueberry and strawberry jam it still amazes me how quick you can create amazing baked goods using a Thermomix what’s your favourite jams/spreads to have with your scones? Recipe can be found in her cookbook called Lunches and Snacks Made Easy @thermomixaus

08.01.2022 Tuna Pasta Bake from UK Cookidoo @thermomixukandireland Okay, this one is so easy & hands on time was maybe 10 minutes perfect for families with kids or if you’re in a bit of a hurry for dinner, or if you’re Cale & Matt and like to eat huge dinners Don’t let the green put you off, that’s just parsley & breadcrumbs with cheese underneath (just drooled again). Wanted to keep this photo authentic and keep it real with you guys, not everything can look pretty but it... sure did taste good Don’t forget to join us at 6pm (AEDT) this Wednesday (7th Oct) when we go Live on @thermomixaus account to cook dinner can’t wait to see you then!

08.01.2022 Soba Noodle and Tofu Salad this meal was so delicious and the perfect dish for the upcoming warmer months it’s a cold salad with beautiful and fresh flavours. The salad dressing was amazing! And check out all those colours we did have to steam the edamame beans for longer in the varoma as they weren’t fully cooked but other than that, it’s really easy and would definitely recommend it this meal is #dairyfree, #eggfree, #vegetarian , #vegan and found in the Vegetarian Kitchen Collection on Australian Cookidoo @thermomixaus

07.01.2022 Sous-vide Pork Cheeks* in Red Wine with sweet potato mash & steamed greens from Cookidoo UK ‘Sous-vide with Blade Cover’ collection @thermomixaus @thermomixukandireland Wow, this meal is truly restaurant quality the flavours are phenomenal and the pork is so tender & juicy it melts in your mouth! We couldn’t get pork cheeks and our local butcher recommended pork shoulder as an alternative & it did not disappoint We vacuum sealed the pork, veggies & red wine sauce in the... Sous-vide bags this morning & the TM cooked it perfectly in 8 hours while we got on with our day This is a winner

06.01.2022 Stop what you’re doing right now and add this meal to your weekly planner!! This is up there with the best chicken dish we’ve tasted no, we don’t have company over, just felt like being a bit fancy setting this one up poor Thor & Freya (our cats) didn’t even get any chicken because it’s that delicious. Are we bad people? Don’t judge us until you’ve had that first mouth water bite This is the Five Spice Chicken with Asparagus and Pea Salad from Cookidoo (the Barbe...cue collection) @thermomixaus & don’t bother with a knife and fork, this ones best enjoyed with your hands I’m completely sold on the Meater+ @meatergram If you don’t know what this is, google it (or ask us, we’d be happy to explain) This device has changed the way we will eat our meat from now on! We hooked up the Meater+, stuck it in the chicken and set the temp we wanted via the app on our phone & that’s it! A cute little jingle goes off & winner winner, chicken dinner (@trixie could never) I’d love to tell you I slaved over this & that I’m really talented, but I’d be lying this is honestly one of the easiest dishes I’ve done for a while. A few pointers would just be to leave a bit of time for the chicken to marinate in the delicious coffee scrub you make, and to also pull it out of the fridge about 20 minutes before cooking. We also used coconut sugar instead of caster sugar in the salad & we added some raisins & lemon quarters just for garnish. What’s your favourite Meater+ dish? We will absolutely be doing more in the future!

04.01.2022 Roses are red, This is our main course; Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Sauce ... I ran out of puns so went with a poem this one deserved it & with an average of 4.5 stars from 434 ratings, we definitely recommend putting this on your meal planner ASAP! You’ll find it on Cookidoo @thermomixaus The chicken is so tender & the sauce is plate-licking good. We had lots of leftover carrot and zucchini so we threw them in with the dish which added to the flavour & veg content. We put dollops of sour cream on after this photo was taken and it was heavenly I bought some new props for our photography, so naturally Cale rummaged through my collection and tried to put them all in this one pic, how cute is the rainbow plate? Thanks @kmartaus

02.01.2022 As you may have seen, I accidentally burned our last nut milk bag (sorry ‘bout it ) so of course we turned to @alycealexandracookbooks for a new one and here we are 2 days later with our replacement & ready to make almond milk Not only that, but we now have their apricot spatula to add to our collection these are honestly the best in any baking situation, thanks girls These FREE recipe cards are in packs of 10 and honestly the best way to see how good the AA b...ooks are (the recipes are on the back and tell you which book they’re in too). So you can add these to cart and just pay for postage, but we think you’ll easily find other things on their website and just add these onto your order for free Ps - yes those are Bao Buns down the bottom & yes they are so easy and delicious
