12.01.2022 School is back so time to get baking! It has been so easy to create healthy snacks, it’s even better that the kids love them! (they can be fussy some times) I made a couple of different thinks this week, vegetarian sausage rolls and zucchini, corn and ham muffins. They were a hit! Both freeze and can be pulled out and popped in a lunchbox throughout the week. What healthy snacks do your kids love?

09.01.2022 Who loves honeycombe? I have been waiting to try this one for a while. The TM6’s 160 degree HIGH HEAT function worked a treat when caramelising the sugar. I’ll add a tad more bicarb soda next time to make it a little more ‘fluffy’.
