25.01.2022 Exciting stuff happening at Thermomix these days as always.

23.01.2022 Almost zero waste but this one snuck up on me! Boys wanted a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and I was ready to open a new jar...now or never. OMG so yummy and so ridiculously easy. I only had salted peanuts but in future will experiment with an amount of salt and use unsalted peanuts. Go for it and try new things. 17.01.2022 Walked in just now and hubby nailed this lasagne! OMG just delish! After I wolfed it down I asked which recipe he followed and I got his normal response of I dunno I just googled it. :/ He says "I didn't even google 'Easy Thermomix Recipes' this time!" So yum :)

Blimey I lost count of how many times the kids said "thanks for tea Mum" and I could see Ryan worrying that there wouldn't be enough left for him to take today for lunch lol! 09.01.2022 SLAB CAKE... So I need a slab cake for Sat night. How does one go about a decent slab cake? I need help as I am just used to a good old little round tin :)

07.01.2022 YES....It has taken me this long to make baked sweet potatoes. O.M Freaking gawd! Never going back to anything else. Made chilli con carne from Basic Cookbook, bit of cheese and beetroot. Livin' the life! Prick the daylights out of them all over Oil all over and sprinkle a little salt. Bake (probably an hour on 180/200c)... Slice along middle and use fork to flake flesh and add topping EAT!!! See more

06.01.2022 Just made strawberry jam for the first time ever. Thank you to my friend Kirsty for getting me off my bum and giving me the confidence to have a crack. Soooo yummy!! Zero waste...not quite here in Whyalla (packaging BUT a hell of a lot better for my boys that the ones at the shops and great gifts for friends etc x Recipe in comments.

06.01.2022 DoTerra Essential Oil class at mine today...sesame seed slice and a fudge. I made these and added Wild Orange essential oil and yummo. A friend has been telling me to try fudge for forever. Can't believe I haven't before now lol! I must start experimenting with the herb essential oils...oregano, basil etc Links under photos....
