11.01.2022 SO... it’s only been 2 hours in the fridge but I really wanted to show you - I’ve used UHT lactose free milk and Jalna pot set yoghurt as a starter - I’ve skipped the step to warm up the milk to 80degreed as that step is to kill all bacteria but since I was using UHT, it was done for me
