25.01.2022 Favourite soup for Miss L, the youngest thermoliving family member is Smoky Mexican Bean Soup and Almond Sour Cream! The beans in this recipe are a great source of fibre & this soup is low GI. Its super delicious and filling & out of the Eat Well Cookbook which is a gift with purchase when you buy a TM6 this month!

20.01.2022 The chicken in yoghurt on cookidoo is delicious! I changed the recipe, used 500g chicken and 500g veggies such as capsicum and zucchini. It tasted like a beautiful traditional Balti and with homemade roti - was restaurant quality! The homemade yoghurt gives it an extra boost too!

It was delicious If you know me, you know I go rogue and dont follow a recipe to a tee! So steamed the chicken in the Varoma before finishing in the pan. What can I say? I dont like cleaning the stove!

14.01.2022 Nut butter why buy it when you can make it? Best part is its whole nuts with no extra nasties and easy peasey in the thermomix! Our children go through this like its going out of fashion! We throw in a mix of nuts and dash of maple syrup! Makes 700g for about $8. Love it! Tried the Sam Wood Sugar Free Fudge afterwards...... pretty sure this wont go down as quickly with the sugar monsters! My bet they will be back to making lollies tomorrow as a sign of rebellion!
