03.01.2022 What a great Profiteroles Cookalong class yesterday - some wonderful looking treats were created by all! I can't believe how easy Thermomix made it all - choux pastry was a breeze, the Creme Patissiere using thickening mode was so simple (throw in all ingredients and hit go, basically), and then, I used Sous Vide mode to create my perfect melted chocolate (no jug to clean up, and no wasted chocolate left behind). So, so easy, I'm going to be making these all the time from now on!
