11.01.2022 Are you interested in a Chinese language Thermomix? Do you know anyone who may be interested? You need to be quick there are only 600 of the Asian Thermomixes available, as this is purely a trial at this stage. INFORMATION:... Information about the Thermomix TM5 compatible with Traditional Chinese:- Languages the Instruction manual comes in:- English Traditional Chinese (Fantizi ) Simplified Chinese (Jiantizi ) Bahasa Melayu (Malay language used in Malaysia Indonesians should understand too) Korean Operating system language:- When the machine is first operated, the safety instructions are in Traditional Chinese (as they are from Taiwan). It is really easy to change the Operating system of the Thermomix over to Simplified Chinese (this is the operating system of the Thermomix), and to any other language that is available on the system (Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, Bahasa Melayu, Korean, English, etc). These TM5s appears to have a larger number of operating languages than our regular machines). Please note for the below that the language in recipe chips are fixed. When these chips they are accessed, the recipes will be reflected in the languages the chips come in, and runs independently to the Operating system language that is set on the Thermomix. 06.01.2022 waffles... 250g buttermilk 80g canola oil 1 egg... 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 110g self raising flour 40g cornflour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt butter and pure maple syrup, for serving place ingredients into thermomix bowl in order given. combine at speed 4 for 10 seconds. scrape bowl if necessary. combine again on speed 4 for 10 seconds. let the batter sit for 30 minutes. heat a waffle iron. follow the directions on your waffle iron to cook the waffles. serve immediately with butter and pure maple syrup or hold in a 100C oven, directly on the rack (dont stack them or theyll get soggy). these also reheat very well in the toaster. makes 6 waffles.

06.01.2022 brazilian cheese puffs... gluten free... thermomixable... 120 g cheddar cheese, cut into 3 cm chunks ... 160 g milk 60 g vegetable oil 1 egg 170 g tapioca flour 1 tsp salt preheat oven to 220C. spray a 24-hole mini muffin tray with olive oil and set aside. place cheese into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 5. add all remaining ingredients and blend 20 sec/speed 8. fill each muffin mould three-quarters full with batter. bake for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until puffed and golden. remove from oven and turn the puffs out onto a cooling rack so they retain their crisp exterior. serve warm.
